    How industrial indoor air purifiers work

    Indoor air in Indian cities is routinely 2–5x more polluted than the air outside, because buildings concentrate the particulate matter that drifts in from traffic, construction and industry, and then add their own load of VOCs from furnishings, cleaning chemicals and printing equipment. A sealed, air-conditioned floor does not solve the problem; without filtration it simply recirculates it.

    Our indoor units draw ambient air through a staged filter train — a washable pre-filter for coarse dust and lint, a true HEPA stage that removes 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns, and an activated carbon bed that adsorbs gaseous pollutants and odour. Sensors on the intake and outlet track performance continuously, so the unit modulates fan speed to demand instead of running flat out.

    Each unit is engineered to cover up to 5,000+ sq. ft. of open floor plate. Larger facilities are handled by deploying units in coordinated configurations sized to the air changes per hour (ACH) target for the space — typically 4–6 ACH for offices and 6–12 ACH for clinical areas.
